Now Im sure you noticed that both links played the video, but only the first one will work. so even if you click on a video, and it gives you [red]This:[/red] http://www.fredthemonkey.com/cartoons/wakemeupatE3.html, there is still hope, first try changing that [red].html[/red] to [limegreen].swf[/limegreen]. The finally, to post the video, just highlight the url, and click the [img]http://area51.forumco.com/images/demo/icon_flash.gif[/img] or type in (flash)"url"(/flash) manually. (Note, the [red]()[/red] are actually suppose to be [limegreen][][/limegreen]) and there you have it, how to post flash videos.
