So what Kind of music does everyone listen to? Whats your favourite song/who's favourite band?
I don't really have a favourite type of music, or a band or a song. The way I find music is usually just by chance (typing your friend's name into youtube and finding a cool song), or over the radio. I like things that just catch my ear. I usually like more upbeat songs, but don't mind mellow, easy listening songs. I'm not a big fan of rap, or death metal/screamer music. How about everyone else?

when it comes to music I'm open minded. I generally listen to underground hip-hop/rap. NOT to be confused with the mainstream stuff and gangsta rap, becasue most to all of the stuff sux, with horrible lyrics, to the point where it's just not even possible to defend it anymore, underground stuff, ya, you can defend because you can break down the lyrics and have an intellectual conversation about it, generally just not possible with mainstream. also i like the classic rock like ac/dc, rolling stones etc, ccr, etc, ya know people from those era's. i don't like the new rock style though, i find the singers are pretty bad, and i absolutely hate that metal/screamo stuff. (okay so you want to kill your self, hurry up and do it so we don't have to listen to you anymore) although theres one song, called "shape shifter" by my favourite hip-hop duo Ryu and Tak from styles of beyond, featuring celldweller(screamo) but that song is an exception, it actually sounds pretty good, I'll post it here in a while. and ya, like I said, my favourite group is styles of beyond, some of Celph titled, Fort Minor, some Ludacris and T.I. but really its just styles of beyond  |
