apparently the world of starcraft isn't in development!

During a StarCraft Lore panel at BlizzCon 2007, Blizzard's Chief Creative Officer Chris Metzen confirmed that the company, at least as of right now, is not developing World of StarCraft. He said the idea of creating an MMO based on their popular RTS franchise has certainly been discussed at Blizzard, but no steps have actually been taken to create the game.
dude they will never make a MMO for starcraft they are making starcraft 2 which looks sick btw but all they need is world of warcraft which is a good game btw but addictive that is why it is bad. Now they are releasing an expansion of WOW with arthas the evil knight or lich king which is going to be kool if it wasnt such a long game and 80 levels dam that takes a while. I am only 64. But ya they will never make STARCRAFT MMO/RPG
