Hi everyone, and welcome to the Boards, we hope you have a good time on this Board, but we just have a few simple Rules.
This Rule is basically a general rule for all internet communities, but I feel that should post it here in the board rules as well.
-COPPA-
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule apply to individually identifiable information about a child that is collected online, such as full name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number or any other information that would allow someone to identify or contact the child. The Act and Rule also cover other types of information -- for example, hobbies, interests and information collected through cookies or other types of tracking mechanisms -- when they are tied to individually identifiable information. More information can be found here.
so We ask that all members under the age of 13 to please ask permission from their parents to participate in the forum, and to try and avoid posting personal information.
1-Languge, Please keep the language clean, excessive swearing will get you a warning, 3 strikes and your out, and racial comments ans slurs will result in an instant ban, even if you try to hid it, if it is deciphered that a racial comment is implied, you will be banned.
2-this is NOT a _______ site, so any use of this board in that way will result in an immediate ban and a ban of your isp number, also if anyone PM's you with any _______ual intentions or suggestive themes, report them.
3-We still allow avatars, just remember we do not allow suggestive themes or and nudity, this will result in an instant ban.
4-We are not responsible for any personal information that you decide to give out on this forum, so if you give someone your credit card number or you post your phone number and some creep calls you, not are problem.
5-Wii/DS Friendcodes. You are all free to add your friend codes to the Wii and DS area, BUT if you add someone and they add you and you guys have conflict of any kind, we are not responsible
6- The Roundtable, in the roundtable, you must still respect others, and not make any personal comments about people (ie. insulting their family, or making assumptions about their life, for high chances are, you do not know them). Also, like the rest of the board, no suggestive themes or sayings will be tolerated as well as _______ual implications.
7- Spam. Spam is anything posted that has a lot to do about nothing. Please try to stay on topic and post relevant comments that have something to do with the topic/post. It has to have some degree of intelligence. Example of what not to do
Also, please refrain from using caps lock for an entire sentence or post. A few words is fine, but using it in excess does become annoying. If you are excited, Just post like "WOOT! I GOT_____" and settle down to have a civilized discussion.
8- Quotes. There is no problem with quoting another person. Just please try to add something to what they say. Just quoting them or adding "QFT (quoted for truth)" just doesn't cut it.
9- Reporting. If some one is sending you PMs that are abusive or are filled with spam, or if someone is knowingly breaking the rules on purpose, PM one of the mods or the Admin. Please include a copy of the PM you received or a a link to/copy of the post.
Additional Rules
Please try not to Double Post. A double Post is when you post twice in a row in a short amount of time. If you want to add something, just edit your message. If a topic is innactive for a while or is getting knocked down out of lack of interest, you may "bump" a post up or add more to it if so desired.
Some posts may be for editing Spaces. These Are spaces for the Thread creator may want to add something in the Future. These types of posts are usually found in threads that contain a lot of data, or there is a lot to it.
Imgaes. We allow the posting of images, just remember to keep them within the rules (no nudity, suggestive themes, or racial comments). Also, when posting multiple pictures, please add in a *56k* warning for those who have a 56k modem. It is just nice 
Do not Censor Bypass. This is swearing in abbreviated forms or using "leet speak" to swear, spam, or just be an, well, idiot.
Advertising
*Advertising-We allow some forms of advertising, here are some examples:
1-In your signature-This fine, as long as the font size
does not exceed "2"
2-In your profile
3-Your User Name
*Advertising-We DO NOT allow the following:
1- Blatant advertising in your signature-This is where
your advertisement is larger than font size "2" or if
your Signature is Larger than the Defined Parameters
(see FAQ for more details)
2-Spam Advertising-When you Just post to advertise
randomly
3-APPROPRIATE ADVERTISING-This is NOT a _______ site/forum,
nor a dating site/forum Any advertising of Adult Content
or erotic content, will result in an Immediate Ban, so
Don't Do it.
*Remember, if you advertise on this forum, we will be checking all your links (whether its in your signature or profile) for appropriate content.
